Final Voucher for 08-09 — May 15, 2009

We have moved the final voucher up a month to May. We need this extra time to ensure we have all funds spent with enough time left to finalize HEAB’s annual accounting procedures.

New Layout For Notification List To Be Distributed In January

Beginning January 7 all schools will get two copies of the notification list: the first is the list in the current format; the second will be the newly formatted notification list. A description of the columns will be included with the list.

This new list is a product of your suggestions over the years. We have put all information on one line, and have included more detail about dollars spent. We have also included, at the suggestion of Randy McCready, 250 empty bytes at the end of the list that will be available for future programs.

This is the ONLY format that will be used for the 0910 list that will first be distributed in April. Please note that the 0809 list will continue to be distributed in both formats throughout the processing of this academic year.

Notification list and voucher processing

Notification list — distributed on the following Wednesday afternoons:

December — 3, 10, 17 — No lists will be produced the weeks of December 22nd or December 29th.
January — 7, 14, 21, 28

AES List:

December 18th (Wednesday afternoon)

Voucher Processing — processed Tuesdays and Fridays for files uploaded by noon:

December — 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19 — No voucher processed the weeks of December 22nd or December 29th.
January 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
