Application and Renewal Forms

A listing of Wisconsin-based institutions of higher education who have been approved by the Wisconsin Distance Learning Authorization Board to participate in the state authorization reciprocity agreement (SARA) may be found on the web site of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).


Application and Approval Form for Institutional Participation in SARA


Wisconsin-based institutions of higher education who wish to participate in and operate under the terms of SARA, must meet the requirements SARA participation and be approved by the Wisconsin Distance Learning Authorization Board (DLAB). Such institutions must submit their completed initial SARA application to their respective DLAB institutional contacts, as listed below.


Renewal Application for Institutional Participation in SARA


Wisconsin-based institutions of higher education who are members of SARA, must renew their participation annually by submitting their completed SARA renewal application to their respective institutional DLAB contacts, as listed below.
